Neil Jones

Neil's recent work includes the latest series of CBBC shows Wolfblood and The Worst Witch, Disney's The Evermoor Chronicles and The Lodge, and Netflix's Free Rein. He is in development with several original children's series and with an adult supernatural project.

Neil has been a major contributor to the worldwide hit House of Anubis (Nickelodeon US) and CBBC's hugely-successful Rocket's Island. He co-created Bedlam, the supernatural drama produced by Red Production Company for Sky Living, which ran for two series. He also co-created, penned and produced the 2012 sitcom pilot Sex and the Chippy for Lime Pictures/E4.

Neil has established himself as a versatile writer for long-running series including Blue Murder, Waterloo Road, The Bill and The Courtroom. He wrote over 70 episodes of Hollyoaks, including the first ever late-night special, returning frequently for the post-watershed Hollyoaks Later. He scripted Brookside for two years, Grange Hill for six, writing over 20 episodes including the last ever.
